Remote machine management
Secure connections to onsite hardware, receiving performance data in real-time, and returning machine instructions.
Hytenet is a unique platform that allows operators to control multiple machines and manage production processes from a single central location.
Hytenet remotely and securely connects with on-site hardware and sends machine-generated data to an operators central control room - in real-time. This operator can monitor each machine’s performance, manage operating settings, instruct on-site workers, and remotely assist maintenance. Additional modules can be included to enable billing, user management, data analysis, maintenance and support, + additional security features.
Hytenet provides a unique platform for the efficient use of machines and to optimize processes. This results in lower costs, higher revenues, faster maintenance, and more control. Each Hytenet system is implemented to fit each user's specific needs. Generated data and algorithms are stored on dedicated servers, either locally or in the cloud. Data traffic and remote connections are secured in accordance with ISO mandated protocols.
Hytenet A.I. designs optimized industrial production processes in real-time based on algorithms. It uses historic output and performance data combined with current input to create models that can forecast results and recommends operational hardware and software settings.
Mining processes use standardized extraction methods, optimized for the general composition of the iron, copper, gold, or other ore that is being mined. Such a “one size fits all” approach works best on average but is based on the assumption that mined ore is always evenly distributed and of the same composition. The reality is different: each batch of mining ore contains slight differences in the presence of elements, its volume, and its structure.
Hytenet A.I. enables the fast design of optimized processes for individual mining batches. Based on real-time input analysis combined with data models, Hytenet A.I. defines settings for the treatment process for each individual ore batch. After-process result feedback optimizes the Hytenet A.I.'s algorithms, further optimizing future processes.
Secure connections to onsite hardware, receiving performance data in real-time, and returning machine instructions.
Determining operational settings based on performance data and adjusting settings to optimize machine processes.
Managing group roles and functionalities, identifying individual user authorizations, and controlling local access.
Registering machine use in time, input, output, resources, and other variables; + providing reports to a central administration for billing purposes.
Recording sensor and other generated data to measure hardware performance and analyse ongoing functionality.
Using sensor and performance data to analyze the technical status of hardware and predict upcoming maintenance requirements.
Detecting machine errors, remotely fixing machine failures, and assisting on-site repair staff.
Hytenet is designed to be controlled by human operators, supported by artificial intelligence.
The Hytenet management platform provides real-time performance data, analysis, process solutions, and management reports. Information is displayed on single- or multiple-operator control room screens or can operate in the background in an alert-based mode.
Hytenet's artificial intelligence applications provide recommendations and prepare settings for operational hardware, software, and production processes, ready to be implemented. These recommendations are presented in real-time to human operators to review and approve in accordance with safety and liability protocols
A Dutch software and data management company. Archimedict has over 20 years’ experience in writing software, managing data storage, creating data models, and hosting high speed traffic. Archimedict’s origins lie in providing solutions for corporate and media clients.
Since three years, when Archimedict became part of the Hytheon Group, the team has been developing solutions for remote machine management and process optimization. The need to offer a standardized machine management and process control platform, combined with specialized modules, has led to the creation of Hytenet.
